It is designed to help agents maintain availability and momentum with clients without needing to be physically present for every appointment, while ensuring properties are properly accessed and presented.
The service includes standard showing coverage for local properties, typically lasting up to one hour, allowing agents to accommodate client schedules and maintain flexibility. Extended showings are available for appointments requiring additional time, including multiple property visits or longer client walkthroughs. All showings are conducted as support only, with the agent remaining responsible for client communication, representation, and any negotiation or advisory role.
Open house services provide full on-site coverage for listing activity, ensuring the property remains active and accessible to potential buyers. Each open house includes professionally prepared flyers, visitor sign-in tracking, and optional beverages upon request to enhance the presentation and overall experience. Open house services are structured to provide efficient coverage while maintaining a professional and organized environment for visitors. One open house may be included as part of certain service packages, while additional open houses can be scheduled as needed.
Mileage is included for all open house services. For showings outside of the Olympia and Lacey city limits, a mileage fee of $0.20 per mile will apply, with final mileage calculated and confirmed once the property address and booking details are provided.
Payment is required prior to completion of all showing and open house services. This service is provided as backend support only, and the agent remains the primary point of contact and representative at all times. All service requests are reviewed prior to confirmation to ensure proper scope, scheduling, and availability.
