Full-Service Listing Support Package

This package provides complete backend support for listing-side transactions from initial setup through closing. It is designed for agents who want a streamlined solution to manage listing preparation, transaction coordination, and compliance without handling the administrative workload themselves.

The service begins with full MLS listing setup, including entry of property details, document uploads, and organization of listing materials within NWMLS. All available information is structured for accuracy and efficiency, ensuring the listing is properly prepared for agent review and activation. The agent is responsible for providing all required property information and completing any forms that require direct client interaction or property knowledge.

Once the listing is active and a contract is secured, full transaction coordination is provided from mutual acceptance through closing. This includes tracking all contractual deadlines such as earnest money deposits, inspection timelines, financing contingencies, appraisal requirements, and closing milestones. The transaction is managed to ensure all steps are completed on time and in proper sequence.

Document management and file organization are maintained throughout the process to ensure all required forms and records are accurate, complete, and properly stored. Addenda and document updates are prepared as needed to keep the transaction aligned with evolving terms and conditions.

Compliance preparation is included to ensure the transaction file meets brokerage and regulatory requirements prior to submission. This includes verifying required documentation, organizing files for review, and preparing the file for a smooth closing process.

This package also includes one open house regardless of distance, providing additional coverage and support for the listing. Additional showings or open house events can be arranged as needed.

This is a backend support service only. The agent remains the primary point of contact for the client at all times and is responsible for all client communication, negotiation, and decision-making. All service requests are reviewed prior to confirmation to ensure proper scope and availability.

Payment is due at closing. In the event the transaction is terminated for any reason, payment for work completed to date will still be required, with a discounted rate applied.
