The service begins with full offer and contract preparation, including drafting purchase and sale agreements, counteroffers, and all necessary addenda based on agent instructions. As the transaction progresses, full transaction coordination is provided from mutual acceptance through closing, including tracking all contractual deadlines such as earnest money deposits, inspection periods, financing contingencies, appraisal timelines, and closing requirements.
All transaction documents are organized, reviewed, and maintained to ensure accuracy and completeness. File management includes ongoing updates, document tracking, and preparation for brokerage compliance requirements. Addenda and document revisions are handled as needed throughout the transaction to keep everything current and aligned with the terms of the agreement.
Compliance preparation is included to ensure the transaction file meets brokerage and regulatory standards prior to submission. This includes verifying required documentation, organizing files for review, and ensuring the transaction is properly documented from start to finish.
This is a backend support service only. The agent remains the primary point of contact for the client at all times and is responsible for all client communication, negotiation, and decision-making. All service requests are reviewed prior to confirmation to ensure proper scope and availability.
Payment is due at closing. In the event the transaction is terminated for any reason, payment for work completed to date will still be required, with a discounted rate applied.
